The DHFS Office of Independence and Employment has contracted with the University of Wisconsin - Stout Vocational Rehabilitation Institute to design and conduct an independent evaluation of the Wisconsin SSDI Employment Pilot. Although program and research enrollment is concurrent, there are separate informed consent materials for each.
